  1. Peace, yes, it comes in moments, mere fragments in time. Maybe for a day. But never for weeks, years, or centuries. Only for a moment. And it is beautiful how you’ve seized this moment, the rainbow caught between the trees, the futile reach of the spire.

    1. Thank you for such thoughtful comments, Peter. Peace sometimes comes when life unexpectedly reminds us to be present in the moment. Noticing the rainbow when I was walking my dog just before sunset was a gift (unlike the spire that sometimes blocks the sun).

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words, Skywalker. It was near sunset when I took my dog for his evening walk. I almost missed it, though. I need to watch where I step because my little dog changes directions so much… ❤

    1. Jean, it is such a gift to hear from you! I hope you were spared from the flooding! I hope you are well, too, and apologize for not visiting your blog more often. I forgot how much work summer can be! Sending my best wishes to you and your lovely family. ❤

      1. Hi, Carol! Oh, no worries. We’ve been doing okay since last year’s flood, thank Heaven. Our own summer’s been quite hectic, plus I’m trying to capture the kids on film whenever they get into a creative kick. It’s been super busy, but a blast, too. Hope all is well with you and yours! xxxxx
