It’s easy to lose perspective during these chaotic times. Watching the moon last night, I realized how little I knew about some of the most important things about the earth, moon and sun. I wasn’t able to see their interrelationship in my mind, so I went searching and decided to share some of the things I discovered.

Sometimes it’s humbling to realize that although it may seem like we’re standing still, we’re actually standing on a spinning globe with little between us and a vast and wondrous universe…
it’s amazing
that even in this
relative smallness
i can feel so much
happiness,
at times 🙂

Thank you, Bette. It is so humbling to see how small and insignificant we are when we forget our connection to the larger wonders and mysteries of life.
